Do you have neglected fruit trees that you would like to learn first-hand how to restore? Done correctly, restorative pruning improves tree longevity and fruiting, whilst promoting the special importance that old fruit trees have for wildlife. This workshop is an opportunity for you to learn how.

About the event
Join FWAG East to learn from expert Bob Lever with a hands-on demonstration out in the delightful setting of one of the Wisbech Fruit Belt’s finest old orchards. Pole saws, loppers and PPE will be provided so that you have an opportunity to practice the techniques on veteran fruit trees in need of restoration. All attendees should be able to take home from the session a confidence to sympathetically manage their own trees.
Lunch will be provided. Places are limited so be quick!
