Talk: ‘The Pattern Beneath the Plough’
Have you ever wondered about who’s been on your land or about the stories behind your humps, bumps and hedgerows? At our next evening talk we will have the privilege of hearing from the highly esteemed Professor Tom Williamson, leading landscape historian of the University of East Anglia. Tom will show us how to interpret the past from the clues which surround us on our farms and in our countryside today.
The talk takes place from 6.30pm on Tuesday 10th March 2015 at Ickleton Village Hall on the Cambs/ Essex border. Wine and cheese will be served and as ever it will be a good opportunity to catch up with our advisers and fellow FWAG farmers.
